This module supports switches like Brocade 300, 6510, 6520, 7810, and 7840, and it can be implemented in Brocade SAN environments.
The transceiver uses a client Copper/MPO Duplex LC connector, allowing easy connection and has a high data rate of up to 10.51875Gbps. Through the use of features such as the Digital Diagnostics Monitoring Interface or DDMI, this module facilitates easy monitoring of such parameters as optical power, temperature and voltage which in one way or the other affects the overall network.
